During the week of April 7, the Gowanus Remediation Team (GRT) continued RTA 2 Bulkhead Support System installation operations.

Bulkhead installation continued at the 4th Street Turning Basin. Tieback installation continued. Grout was placed. Site restoration was performed at completed bulkheads.

Bulkhead installation continued near 9th Street. Tieback installation continued. Grout was placed.

Bulkhead installation continued near 3rd Street. Installed sheet piles were backfilled. Preparations were made for upcoming tieback installation.

Bulkhead installation began near Bush Street. Sheet pile installation continued. Gravel was placed.
