Gowanus Administrative Order for Remedial Action (Potentially Responsible Parties)
UAO was issued from the EPA to numerous PRPs/Respondents to undertake the Remedial Action (“RA”) to implement a portion of dredging and capping of the Gowanus Canal as selected in the Record of Decision (“ROD”). The RA for RTA 1 must be implemented and a staging area for RTA 2 dredging and capping work must be completed.
