During the week of September 15, the Gowanus Remediation Team (GRT) continued RTA 2 Bulkhead Support System installation operations.

Bulkhead installation continued near 9th Street. Grout was placed. Bearing plates were sealed. Drain outlets were adjusted. Backfill was graded. Sheet piles were installed and cut to grade.

Bulkhead installation continued near 3rd Street. Tiebacks were installed. Grout was placed.

Bulkhead installation continued near Bush Street. Tiebacks were installed. Grout was placed.

Bulkhead installation continued at the 6th Street Turning Basin. Tiebacks were installed. Installed sheet piles were backfilled.
