Progress Update, Week of July 20th, 2026

During the week of July 20, the Gowanus Remediation Team (GRT) continued RTA 2 Bulkhead Support System installation operations.

Bulkhead installation continued at the 6th Street Turning Basin. Drain outlets were installed.

Bulkhead installation continued at the 7th Street Turning Basin. Installed sheet piles were cut to final grade. Tiebacks were installed.
