During the week of April 15, the Gowanus Remediation Team (GRT) continued the RTA 1 Capping Operation.

Monopiles were cut to an appropriate height at the Carroll Street Bridge and at the Union Street Bridge. Monopiles were capped and fender installation began at the Third Street, Carroll Street, and Union Street Bridges.

Stone and concrete placement was completed.

Preparations were made for upcoming survey work.
