During the week of April 24, the Gowanus Remediation Team (GRT) continued the RTA 1 Capping Operation. Capping material was placed north of Union Street.

Installation continued for the cap and ventilation system at the Carroll Street Bridge. A vent pipe was installed at the eastern abutment.
