During the week of December 8, the Gowanus Remediation Team (GRT) continued RTA 2 Bulkhead Support System installation operations.

Bulkhead installation continued near 9th Street. Tiebacks were installed. A concrete slab was poured.

Bulkhead installation continued at the 7th Street Turning Basin. Drain outlets were installed. Underpinning of upland structures continued.

Bulkhead installation continued near 3rd Street. Drain outlets were installed. Installed sheets were backfilled.

Bulkhead installation continued near Bush Street. Tiebacks were installed.

Bulkhead installation continued at the 6th Street Turning Basin. Tiebacks were installed. Installed sheets were backfilled.
