During the week of July 21, the Gowanus Remediation Team (GRT) continued RTA 2 Bulkhead Support System installation operations.

Bulkhead installation continued near 9th Street. Grout was placed. Site restoration was performed at completed sections.

Bulkhead installation continued at the 7th Street Turning Basin. Tiebacks were installed. Grout was placed.

Bulkhead installation continued near 3rd Street. Tiebacks were installed. Newly installed sheet piles were backfilled.

Bulkhead installation continued near Bush Street. Tiebacks were installed. Grout was placed.

Bulkhead installation continued at the 6th Street Turning Basin. Newly installed sheet piles were backfilled.
