During the week of July 6, the Gowanus Remediation Team (GRT) continued RTA 2 Bulkhead Support System installation operations.

Bulkhead installation continued at the 6th Street Turning Basin. Installed sheet piles were cut to final grade. Drain outlets were installed.

Bulkhead installation continued at the 7th Street Turning Basin. Installed sheet piles were cut to final grade. Tiebacks were installed.

Installed sheet piles were cut to grade and backfilled near Bush Street.
