During the week of March 24, the Gowanus Remediation Team (GRT) continued RTA 2 Bulkhead Support System installation operations.

Bulkhead installation continued at the 4th Street Turning Basin. Grout was placed. Site restoration was performed at completed bulkheads.

Bulkhead installation continued at the 7th Street Turning Basin. Backfilling continued at completed bulkheads.

Bulkhead installation continued near 9th Street. Tieback installation continued. Grout was placed.

Bulkhead installation continued near 3rd Street. Sheet piles installation continued. Controlled low strength material was placed.

Obstructions were removed near Bush Street in advance of upcoming bulkhead installation.
