During the week of May 12, the Gowanus Remediation Team (GRT) continued RTA 2 Bulkhead Support System installation operations.

Bulkhead installation continued at the 4th Street Turning Basin. Site restoration was performed at completed bulkheads.

Bulkhead installation continued near 9th Street. Grout was placed.

Bulkhead installation continued at the 7th Street Turning Basin. Tiebacks were installed.

Bulkhead installation continued near Bush Street. Preparations continued for upcoming tieback installation.

Bulkhead installation began at the 6th Street Turning Basin. Sheet pile installation began.
