During the week of May 15, the Gowanus Remediation Team (GRT) continued the RTA 1 Capping Operation. Material placement continued north of Union Street.

Installation continued for the cap and ventilation system at the Carroll Street Bridge. An installed vent pipe was adjusted to meet specifications. Completed work was surveyed. Sealant was placed over the cap.
