During the week of March 17, the Gowanus Remediation Team (GRT) continued RTA 2 Bulkhead Support System installation operations.

Bulkhead installation continued at the 4th Street Turning Basin. Tieback installation continued. Grout was placed. Site restoration was performed at completed bulkheads.

Bulkhead installation continued at the 7th Street Turning Basin. Sheet pile installation continued. Sealant was placed. Completed bulkheads were backfilled.

Bulkhead installation continued near 9th Street. Tieback installation continued. Grout was placed.

Bulkhead installation continued near 3rd Street. Sheet piles installation continued.

Obstructions were removed near Bush Street in advance of upcoming bulkhead installation.
